SERVICE INFORMATION

If a 2003 G35 ambient temperature (outside temperature) display shows a temperature higher than the actual outside temperature when all of the
following conditions are met:

The vehicle has been driven so the engine is up to full operating temperature, then

^

The engine is stopped.

^

The engine is then restarted before it has completely cooled.

Use the Service Procedure to install the "Sen Assy-Ambient, Bracket Kit" listed in the Parts Information. This kit includes:

Ambient Sensor

Liquid Tank Bracket

^

Ambient Sensor Bracket

^

Extension Harness

SERVICE PROCEDURE

1.

Remove the front grill (see the Service Manual-ECM-section EI for grill removal instructions).
