Rear side/dash side of clock finisher:

Apply tape over the top of the existing tape which was applied at the factory.

Apply tape to the entire length of the finisher.

The tape should be even with the edge but not over (not sticking up). You don't want to see the tape when the finisher is installed.

Reinstall the clock finisher.

In order for the upper and lower parts of the clock finisher to fit correctly (install correctly) they must be connected together as show in
Figure 4 before installation.
