SERVICE INFORMATION

The RE4F04A A/T is equipped with five solenoid valves as shown in Figure 1. Perform the Service Procedure whenever the solenoid valve assembly is
replaced.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

1.

Remove the thirteen, 10 mm bolts holding the control valve assembly to the transmission. Remove the control valve assembly (Figure 2).

CAUTION: 

The control valve assembly must be removed prior to removing the solenoid valve assembly. If the solenoid valve assembly is replaced without
