INFINITI J30 REAR BRAKE PAD REPLACEMENT

SERVICE INFORMATION

A non-asbestos organic (NAO) rear brake pad has been developed for use on a J30 that exhibits squeak/squeal noises from the rear disc brakes.

These new NAO brake pads will also be installed during production for the '96 model year J30 (JY32) production vehicles.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

In cases of verified customer complaints of rear brake noise, install the new rear NAO pads listed below.

Apply PBC grease (PN 99990-00939) to the back side of the brake pads during installation (see illustration).
