There is no need to set a specific position of the motor or the recliner.

Remove the seat control unit; 2 bolts. Set the control unit aside for now.

39.

Remove the seat control switch; 2 screws. Set the switch aside for now.

40.

Swap the slide motor to the new seat adjuster assembly.
