This "Special Reprogramming Procedure" must be used for this Service Campaign ONLY.

Part 1: Check to see if reprogramming is needed.

1.

Install the 16MB (red/white) Diagnostic Card into Slot A (top slot) of CONSULT-II.

NOTE:

Always be sure CONSULT-II is turned OFF when removing or installing diagnostic or reprogramming cards.

2.

Connect CONSULT-II to the vehicles DLC-II (Data Link Connector-II).

3.

Make sure the CONSULT-II Converter power LED is ON.

4.

Turn the ignition ON.

CONSULT-II will turn on automatically.

5.

Press [START (Nissan BASED VHCL)] > [ICC] > [ECU PART NUMBER] > [PRINT].

6.

Compare the printed ICC control unit part number (P/N) to the list shown.
