Check and set the height of the terminal lance, fig. 4.

Reinstall the terminal to the terminal block cavity and ensure that it is fully latched.

Repeat the last 3 steps on the remaining heavy-duty spade terminals.
^
Replace the terminal retaining plug in the correct orientation, ensuring it is fully installed and latched in the housing.
^
Reinstall the relay to the housing.
^
Ensure that the terminal retaining plug is still fully engaged.
^
Remount the relay and the housing to the mounting bracket.
^
Reconnect the battery.

Follow standard procedure for "Shop Time" application using 86.55 as the first four positions.
Time Allowance:
"Shop Time" to perform terminal repair.
