If necessary, rearrange the towing eye correctly in the foam block and correctly position the block in the arms of the jack, as shown in Illustration
1, between the actuating thread and upper arms of the jack.

Ensure that the operating handle is folded into the position shown in Illustration 1.

Replace the jack assembly. Discard any retaining bolt that has a cone, pointing downwards, on its stem. Install and tighten the replacement
securing bolt (arrow, Illustration 1), 50 the washer locates against the bend in the jack operating handle.

9.

Check that the wheel nut wrench is correctly stored as illustrated.

10.

Reinstall the spare tire, washer, retaining nut and support pad.

11.

If applicable, reinstall the foam surround followed by the cover.

12.

Close the lid of the luggage compartment.
