Radiator: Service and Repair

Removal 

1. Drain the cooling system. For additional information, refer to Cooling System; Service and Repair.
2. Reclaim the air conditioning refrigerant. For additional information, refer to Heating and AC.

3. Remove the motor and shroud. For additional information, refer to Cooling Fan Motor.

4. NOTE:  Seal the line and the evaporator with plugs.

Detach the air conditioning line.

5. Raise the vehicle.

6. Remove the lower radiator splash shield.
