Evaporator Case: Service and Repair
Disassembly and Assembly

Disassembly

1. Remove the evaporator core housing. See: Removal and Installation 
2. Remove the blower motor. See: Blower Motor/Service and Repair 

3. Remove the heater core pipe retaining bracket.

4. Disconnect the blower motor control relay electrical connector.

5. Remove the blower motor housing.

Remove the two retaining bolts. 
1. Remove the blower motor housing.
