5. Using a suitable pneumatic application gun, apply a uniform bead of adhesive to the windshield glass edge commencing at bottom centre and

overlapping the ends approximately 100 mm.

6. CAUTION:  When installing the windshield glass, do not strike it in any way as this will crack the windshield glass.

Install lifting handles and with assistance, carefully align rear windshield glass in aperture aligning windshield glass and press firmly into place.

7. Remove the lifting handles.
8. Remove protective tape from leading edge of headlining.
9. Reconnect the antenna electrical connector.

Reconnect the cellphone antenna electrical connector, located in the bottom left-hand corner of the windshield glass.

Reconnect the traffic master (if fitted) electrical connector, located in the bottom right-hand corner of the windshield glass.

10. WARNING:  Allow some setting time for the rear window before installing the rear high mounted stop lamp.

Attach the rear high mounted stop lamp.

11. NOTE:  Left-hand electrical connector shown, right-hand similar.

Reconnect the heated rear windshield glass electrical connector.
