Engine Front Cover - VIN Range: M45255->N52206 (12.65.01) 

Removal 

All vehicles 
1. Remove the cooling fan motor and shroud. 
2. Remove the left-hand valve cover. 
3. Remove the right-hand valve cover. 
Vehicles without supercharger 
1. Remove the oil cooler. 

Vehicles with supercharger 
1. Remove the supercharger drive belt. 

All vehicles 
1. Remove power steering pump. 
2. Remove the air conditioning compressor. 

3. Remove the water pump pulley.

4. Remove the accessory drive belt idler pulley.

Vehicles with supercharger 
1. Remove supercharger drive belt tensioner.

All vehicles 

1. Remove the power steering pump mounting bracket.
