Installation

1. Add the correct amount of A/C refrigerant oil to the A/C Condensor core.
2. Install the condensor core.

3. Connect the condensor core supply line.

Tighten to 8 Nm.

NOTE:
-

Lubricate the new O-ring seals with A/C refrigerant oil.

Un-cap the exposed ports

4. Attach the condensor core.

-

Tighten to 8 Nm.

5. Connect the condensor core return line.

-

Tighten to 8 Nm.

NOTE:
-

Lubricate the new O-ring seals with A/C refrigerant oil.

-

Un-cap the exposed ports
