8. Install the heater core and evaporator core housing retaining nut.

Tighten to 7 Nm.
9. Install the heater core and evaporator core housing retaining nut.

Tighten to 7 Nm.
10. Connect the expansion valve manifold and tube assembly.

Install new O-ring seals.

Tighten to 8 Nm.
NOTE: Uncap the air conditioning ports.
Vehicles with supercharger
1. Install the throttle body.
Left-hand drive vehicles and vehicles with supercharger
1. Connect the heater hoses to the heater core and evaporator core housing.
