Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S)

Removal

1. Remove the air deflector.
2. Disconnect the the heated oxygen (HO2S) sensor.

CAUTION:  Make sure the wiring harness is not twisted or damaged on removal. Failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to the vehicle.

3. Using the Snap-on tool S6176, remove the HO2S.

Installation

CAUTION:  Make sure the wiring harness is not twisted or damaged on installation. Failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to the
vehicle.

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Tighten to 45 Nm.
