Throttle Body - Vehicles Without: Supercharger VIN Range: M45255->N52206 (19.70.04)

Removal

WARNING:  When relieving cooling system pressure, cover the expansion tank cap with a thick cloth to prevent the possibility of scalding.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in personal injury.

1. Remove the expansion tank cap to relieve the the cooling system pressure.

CAUTION:  Do not attempt to clean the throttle body. The bore and the throttle plate has a special coating applied during manufacture which should not
be removed.

2. Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe.
3. Disconnect the throttle body electrical connector.

4. Disconnect the throttle body electrical connector.

5. Detach the throttle body.

Remove the securing bolts.

6. Remove and discard the gasket.
