1. Disconnect the throttle potentiometer (TP) electrical connector.

2. Detach the brake tube securing brackets.

Vehicles with automatic transmission 

1. Detach the transmission oil cooler inlet and return pipes.

Remove and discard the O-ring seals.

^

Cap the oil cooler inlet and return pipes and the oil cooler.

2. Detach the lower coolant hose.
