Removal
WARNING:

To avoid accidental deployment and possible personal injury, the backup power supply must be depleted before repairing or replacing
any air bag supplementary restraints system (SRS) components. To deplete the backup power supply energy, disconnect the battery
ground cable and wait for one minute. Failure to follow this instruction may result in personal injury.

Never probe the electrical connectors of the air bag modules or any other SRS component. Failure to follow this instruction may result in
personal injury.
NOTE: Make sure the driver seat is adjusted to its maximum height before removal.
1. Remove the driver seat.
2. Disconnect the seat position sensor electrical connector.
3. Remove the seat position sensor.
Installation

Make sure the sensor is correctly located into the seat track. Failure to follow this instruction may result in personal injury.
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Tighten to 5 Nm.
