4. Install a new drive pinion flange nut. 

^

Tighten the drive pinion flange nut to the force noted on removal. 

^

Tighten the drive pinion flange nut to a further 10%.

5. Check and top up the axle assembly fluid level as required.
6. Install the driveshaft.
