Drink Holders: Service and Repair

Rear Cup Holder (76.25.27)

Removal

1. Remove the console glove box lid.
2. Slacken and remove the ten inner lid securing screws and remove the inner lid.

3. Slacken and remove cupholder latch securing screw and remove latch assembly.

4. Open cupholder, depress tang each side of latch location and withdraw cupholder assembly. from base.

5. Slacken and remove the cupholder trim panel securing screws.

Installation

1. Fit trim panel assembly to cupholder mechanism.
2. Fit and tighten the trim panel securing screws.
3. Fit and fully seat cupholder mechanism, ensuring tangs are fully engaged.
4. Fit and tighten lid inner securing screws.
5. Fit cupholder latch and tighten securing screw.
6. Fit glovebox lid.
