Headliner (76.64.01)

Removal

Vehicles with roof opening panel

1. Remove the roof opening panel trim.

All vehicles

2. Remove both C-pillar trim panels.
3. Remove both A-pillar trim panels.
4. Remove the overhead console.
5. Remove the rear window glass.
6. Disconnect the anti-theft sensors electrical connector.

7. CAUTION:  With the aid of another technician, support the headliner to ensure it is not folded or creased during removal.

Remove both sun visors.

8. NOTE:  Left-hand shown, right-hand similar.

Detach the retaining screw cover from the headliner retaining trim.

9. NOTE:  Left-hand shown, right-hand similar.

Remove the headliner retaining trim.

Remove the retaining screw.

10. With the aid of another technician, lower the headliner.
11. With the aid of another technician, remove the headliner.
