9. Withdraw air conditioning panel and console for access and disconnect the harness multiplug behind panel.

10. Remove air conditioning panel from vehicle.
11. Remove panel from console.

Installation

1. Fit air conditioning panel to console.
2. Position air conditioning panel and console at centre console and connect multiplugs.
3. Fully seat air conditioning panel and console on BIW bracket and fit and tighten securing screw.
4. Fit radio and console. 
5. Fit centre console veneer panel. 
6. Fit 'J' gate surround. 
7. Fit 'J' gate finisher. 
8. Connect ground cable to battery terminal and fit battery cover. 
9. Return 'J' gate selector to position 'P'.

Cowl Side Trim Panel

Cowl Side Trim Panel (76.13.30)

Removal

1. Remove draught welt from adjacent section of door aperture flange.
2. Remove and discard fir tree fastener from 'A' post lower trim pad.
3. Pull trim pad rearwards to disengage clips and remove pad from lower 'A' post.

Installation

1. Position trim pad on 'A' post and press outwards and forward to engage retaining clips.
2. Fit and fully seat new fir tree fastener.
3. Fit draught welt to door aperture flange.
4. Fit and fully seat new fir tree fastener to secure trim pad.
5. Fit draught welt to adjacent door aperture flange.

Door Glass Lift Switch Veneer Panel

Removal

1. Remove door casing veneer panel. See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Front Door Panel/Service and Repair 
2. Remove door casing.  See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Front Door Panel/Service and Repair 
3. Remove door armrest and remove switch pack assembly from armrest.  See: Arm Rest/Service and Repair
