Camshaft Gear/Sprocket: Service and Repair
Right Hand

Exhaust camshaft sprocket RH - 3.2L/4.0L, vehicles with supercharger

Special Service tools

Camshaft Setting Tool 303-530

Crankshaft Setting Peg 303-531/645

Timing chain tensioning 303-532

Removal

1. Open the engine compartment and fit paintwork protection sheets.

2. Disconnect the battery ground cable.

Remove the battery cover.

3. Remove the Cam Cover from Bank 1.   See: Cylinder Head Assembly/Valve Cover/Service and Repair
4. Raise the vehicle on a ramp.
