Install Modification kit -
Modification Procedure

Issue:
Some owners of 2002 MY X-TYPE vehicles within the above VIN range may complain about squeaks and rattles from the doors. A modification kit has
been released to address these concerns.

Action:
In case of a customer complaint of squeaks and rattles from the doors on a 2002 MY X-TYPE vehicle within the above VIN range, perform the
following procedure:

DOOR MODIFICATION PROCEDURE

1.

Open doors.

2.

Remove all four door trim pads for access.
