Apply the Terostat 8599 adhesive to the rear quarter window glass trim body mating surface acrylic tape, as illustrated in Figure 3.

Install and fully seat the new rear quarter window glass trim and remove any excess adhesive.

NOTE:

Once installed, the new rear quarter window glass trim must be allowed to "cure" for 1 hour.

Using suitable masking tape, secure the new rear quarter window glass trim in position and allow to "cure" for 1 hour. (Figure 4)

12.

Carefully remove all the masking tape and clean area with Loctite 7063, using a lint free cloth.

NOTE:

The adhesive must be allowed to "fully cure" for 2 hours.

13.

Leave the vehicle for 2 hours to allow the adhesive to "fully cure".
