Front Door Exterior Handle: Service and Repair
Driver Door Handle

Remove door veneer panel.

Remove door upper trim pad.

-

Remove door lower trim pad.

-

Using a suitable plastic knife, cut through the weather- shield to door sealant and reposition weathershield for access.

Remove handle assembly mounting bracket (1 Fig.1).

-

Disconnect door handle operating link rod from lock assembly and lock arm (2 Fig.1).

-

Undo fixings securing handle assembly and remove handle assembly (3 Fig.1).

Refit in the reverse order of the removal procedure.

NOTE:  Fig.1 shows front door components only.
