ISSUE:

No start or engine misfire may be caused by disconnected, restricted or leaking vacuum signal line to the fuel injection ECU. Spark plug foul may also
occur.

ACTION:

Check the vacuum damper reservoir, (CAC 4968, fig. 1), for damage. Also make sure that the vacuum signal line from the inlet manifold balance pipe to
the ECU is connected and not kinked or restricted.
