Front Bumper Cover

Panel Drawing 

MET Tools 
Wheel nut wrench 
10 mm socket
3/8" Drive ratchet 
Torx screw driver
T30 Torx bit 
Suitable trim tool
Pozi screwdriver

Panel Tools

None.

01. The front bumper cover is a category B bolt on panel. Remove MET items as listed. Complete 'Pre-Repair Activities'. 

The bumper cover is held on with bolts and Torx screws. Remove 8 x T30 Torx screws and 4 x 10 mm bolts. 

Push down in the centre of the bumper as indicated to release the clips. 

Note:  Bolts are pre-coated to inhibit galvanic corrosion and are reusable-only if the coating is undamaged. 

02. Remove and fit new panel. 

Note:

Clamp washer jet hose (if applicable).

Disconnect electrical connector. 

Specification for C2C 6220 XXX (USA specification illustrated).

Install MET items in reverse order.
