Bumper Beam Front

Consumables 
None.

Mechanical, Electrical and Trim, remove and install: 
Front suspension air compressor
(3 x 13 mm nuts)-move to one side 
Radiator grille opening cross brace
(2 x 17 mm bolts)
MET Tools 
13 mm socket 
17 mm socket 
3/8" Drive ratchet 

Panel Tools
10 mm socket

Torque wrench 

3/8" Drive ratchet

Air drill 

6.0 mm Wurth drill 
6.5 mm Dorma jobber drill

01. The front bumper beam is a category B bolt on panel. Remove MET items as listed. Complete 'Pre-Repair Activities'. 

02. The beam is attached to the crush tubes with 4 x SPR fixings and bolts.

Drill fixings (x 4) as shown. These fixings are not replaced when new assembly is fitted as they are for manufacturer's assembly and do not require
reinstating by repairer.
