Throttle Body

Removal

All vehicles

1. Remove the expansion tank cap to relieve the cooling system pressure.

2. CAUTION: Do not attempt to clean the throttle body. The bore and the throttle plate has a special coating applied during manufacture which

should not be removed.

Remove the air outlet tube.

Vehicles without supercharger

1. Disconnect the electrical connector.

2. Disconnect the electrical connector.

3. Detach the throttle body.

Remove the retaining bolts.
