Remove the tensioner pulley securing bolt (4 Fig. 1).

Remove the tensioner pulley from the carrier and discard it.

Refit in the reverse order of the removal procedure but do not tighten, the tensioner pulley securing bolt.

Note:  When fitting a new tensioner pulley to the carrier, ensure that the carrier is correctly engaged in the tensioner bracket adjustment slot.

Supercharger Belt, Tensioner Bracket

SUPERCHARGER DRIVE BELT TENSIONER BRACKET; RENEW

Raise the vehicle on a ramp.

-

Remove the supercharger drive belt.

-

Remove the drive belt tensioner pulley from the tensioner bracket.
