Power Steering Pump: Service and Repair
Power Steering Pump Drive Coupling - Renew
POWER STEERING PUMP DRIVE COUPLING, - RENEW
^
Remove the power steering pump (PAS) securing bolts (1 Fig. 1), and dislocate the pump (2 Fig. 1) from its position.

Remove the drive coupling (3 Fig. 1) from either the pump drive dog or the auxiliary shaft drive dog.

Grease the new coupling lightly see Specifications, Service Materials and fit to the pump drive dog and align the pump to the auxiliary drive shaft.

Refit the pump into position and secure with the three fixing bolts.
