Installation 

1. Install charge air cooler to adapter.

Install new gasket.
Install charge air cooler.

2. Connect hoses to charge air cooler.

Connect hoses.

3. Install intake air temperature sensor 2 to charge air cooler.
4. Install supercharger. 
5. Install supercharger drive belt.
6. Install engine coolant outlet pipe.
7. Install supercharger outlet duct and new gasket
8. Install throttle intake elbow.
9. Install exhaust gas re-circulation valve (EGR) if applicable. 

10. Install throttle body.
11. Install air cleaner cover/intake assembly.
12. Red II cooling system. 
13. Reconnect battery ground cable (IMPORTANT, see Starting and Charging for further information).

Bank 2

Removal 

1. Disconnect battery ground cable (IMPORTANT, see Starting and Charging for further information).
2. Drain radiator coolant. 
3. Remove air cleaner cover/intake assembly. 
4. Remove throttle body.
5. Remove exhaust gas re-circulation valve (EGR) if installed.
6. Remove throttle intake elbow.
7. Remove supercharger outlet duct.
8. Remove coolant outlet pipe.
