Install charge air cooler.

2. Connect hoses to charge air cooler.

Connect hoses.

3. Install supercharger. 
4. Install supercharger drive belt.
5. Install engine coolant outlet pipe.
6. Install supercharger outlet duct and new gasket.
7. Install throttle intake elbow.
8. Install exhaust gas re-circulation valve (EGR) if applicable.
9. Install throttle body.

10. Install air cleaner cover/intake assembly.
11. Refill cooling system. 
12. Reconnect battery ground cable (IMPORTANT, see Starting and Charging for further information).

Charge Air Cooler Coolant Radiator

Removal 

1. Open the engine compartment and fit paintwork protection sheets.
2. Disconnect the battery.

Remove the battery cover.
Disconnect the battery ground cable.

3. Remove the engine radiator and air conditioning condenser assembly.
4. Remove the grill assembly for access.

5. Drain the charge air cooler radiator.

Reach through the front bumper splitter vane to remove the radiator drain plug.
