Supercharger Gasket: Service and Repair

Supercharger Outlet Duct Gasket 

Removal

1 Open the engine compartment and fit paintwork protection sheets
2. Remove the air cleaner cover/intake assembly. 
3. Drain the radiator coolant.
4. Disconnect the coolant hoses and vacuum pipe from the supercharger outlet duct.

(A) Place absorbent rags under the two coolant hoses which are connected to the outlet duct.

(1) Remove the vacuum pipe connecting the duct to the fuel pressure regulator.
(2) Disconnect the hoses from the outlet duct. Plug the hoses and outlet duct stub pipes to prevent spillage.

5. Remove the supercharger outlet duct.
