4. Fit tie-rod end to steering arm.

Position tie-rod end, taper-pin into steering arm.
Fit and tighten nut.

5. Fit wheel speed-sensor to vertical link.

Align speed sensor.
Fit and tighten bolt.

6. Fit brake disc.
7. Fit wheel.
8. Remove stands and lower vehicle.
9. Remove paintwork protection covers.

Conversion-Bearing/Vertical Link Assembly 

Removal 

1. CAUTION:  Replacement of nuts and bolts; Various thread-locking devices are used on nuts and bolts throughout the vehicle. These devices

restrict the number of times a nut or bolt can be used.

Open engine compartment and fit paintwork protectors to fenders.

2. Raise front of vehicle and support on stands.
3. Remove front wheel.
4. Remove front brake disc.

5. CAUTION:  Do not allow the brake caliper to hang on the brake hose.
