8. Undo the hose clips (2) at the EGR valve and pull the valve clear
Installation
1. Fitting a new EGR valve assembly is the reverse of the removal procedure ensuring that new seals are used. See Battery Reconnection Procedure.

2. Tighten the fixings to specification
3. Tighten the fixings to specification
4. Correct the coolant level as required
