Back out terminal (blue/yellow wire) from connector SC2 cavity 4. Illustration 2. Refer to Figure 0.2 of the 2003 MY XK Electrical Guide.

Note: 

Use tool fitted with blade "B" from the Jaguar Harness repair kit to perform the previous operation.

Note: 

Take care not to disconnect the terminal (yellow/blue wire) from connector SC2 cavity 1.

Place the new two-way connector to front; ensure that the anti-back-out device is open.

Insert the disconnected terminal (blue/yellow wire) into the cavity of the new connector. Illustration 3.

Note: 

The terminal must be fitted into the two-way connector cavity so as to connect to the diode yellow wire.
