Idler Pulley: Service and Repair

Accessory Drive Belt Idler Pulley - Vehicles Without: Supercharger

Removal 

1. Remove the cover and disconnect the battery ground cable. 
2. Remove the accessory drive belt.  
3. Remove the accessory drive belt idler pulley.

> Remove the bolt. 

Installation 

1. Install the accessory drive belt idler pulley. 

> Tighten the bolt to 25 Nm (18 lb.ft). 

2. Install the accessory drive belt.
3. Connect the battery ground cable and install the cover.
