'Restricted Performance' Message Displayed with Diagnostic Trouble Code P2119 Stored in ECM - Repair Procedure

CONDITION SUMMARY:
Situation:
An issue has been identified where the 'Restricted Performance' message is displayed in the message center and Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P2119
is stored in the Engine Control Module (ECM); a loss of power may also be experienced. These issues may be caused by the throttle limp home spring
diagnostic calibration being too sensitive
Action:
In the event of a customer concern of the above, refer to the Repair Procedure outlined below to reconfigure the ECM.
