Flashing 'D' on Transmission Selector During Low-Speed Driving
AFFECTED VEHICLE RANGE
CONDITION SUMMARY:
Situation:
The transmission may go into neutral without any driver input when driving at low vehicle and engine speeds; a flashing D may be evident on the
transmission selector and Gearbox Fault may be displayed in the message center with no Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) stored. These may be caused
by engine off detection calibration
Action:
In the event of a customer concern of the above, refer to the Repair Procedure outlined below to update the Transmission Control Module (TCM)
software.
