The tie strap (if fitted) locates around the camshaft sensor harness behind the oil dipstick (Illustration 2).
NOTE:
If no tie strap is present, proceed to the engine harness routing modification below.
ENGINE HARNESS ROUTING MODIFICATION
1.
Open the hood and place protective covers over the fenders.
2.
Undo and remove the engine compartment right hand cover securing screw (Illustration 3).
