Radiator: Service and Repair
With M/T
WARNING:
Do not service radiator while system is hot. Allow system to cool before removal.
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove radiator cap, then drain radiator.
3. Disconnect coolant reserve tank hose from radiator.
4. Remove fan shroud mounting bolts and push shroud rearward toward engine.
5. Remove radiator mounting bolts.
6. Remove radiator grille from front of vehicle.
7. On models with A/C, remove condenser to radiator mounting bolt.
8. Lift radiator straight up and out of vehicle.
9. Reverse procedure to install. Torque condenser mounting bolts and radiator mounting bolts to 55 inch lbs.
