Install and tighten bolts (F-Fig. 5).

Connect electrical connector (E-Fig. 5).

Close the radiator lower petcock.
18.
Refill the coolant bottle with coolant. Check antifreeze protection with a commercially available tester. Cooling system protection must be
maintained to -40~C (-40~F).
19.
Leave the coolant bottle cap off and run the engine until it is at operating temperature. (The upper radiator hose should feel hot to the touch at
operating temperature).
20.
Connect the pressure tester to the coolant bottle.
21.
Pressure test the cooling system for leaks.
22.
Let the engine cool slightly before removing the pressure tester. Remove the tester.
23.
Install the coolant bottle cap.
24.
On vehicles with four headlights, install right front turn signal housing. On vehicles with two headlights, install grille.
25.
Close the hood.
