Release accelerator cable (5). It should immediately drop down into cable sheathing (12).
CAUTION: Use finger pressure only to remove the cruise control cable connector at the bell crank. Pliers or screwdriver can brake the connector
requiring the complete cable replacement.
5.
Using finger pressure only, remove cruise control cable connector (13) at bell crank
(9).
Squeeze tabs (29) on cruise control cable (14) and lift it out of locking plate (15)..
