collar bolt into hole (R), finger tight.
NOTE:
Be sure the "flat" on the intermediate shaft is aligned to the "flat" (S) on the steering gear. Also be sure collar bolt has been aligned to the
machined "groove" (X).
6.
Fold splash shield (M) back to its original position.
7.
Tighten the two intermediate shaft collar bolts to 45 N-m (33 ft.lbs.) torque.
