Center Mounted Brake Lamp Bulb: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Remove the screws securing the CHMSL lamp housing to the liftgate.

2. Rotate the bulb socket one-quarter turn counterclockwise and pull the socket from the lamp housing.
3. Pull the bulb out of the socket.

INSTALLATION

1. Push the bulb into the socket.
2. Position the socket in the lamp housing and rotate the socket one-quarter turn clockwise.
3. Reinstall the screws securing the CHMSL lamp housing to the liftgate.
