Commander 2WD V8-4.7L Flex Fuel (2009)
4. Using a trim stick C-4755 or equivalent, release the retaining clips that secure the scuff plate (1) and remove.
5. Remove the rear seat, See: Seats/Service and Repair/Seat, Front/Seat - Removal.
6. Remove the bolt (5) and remove the lower seat belt anchor (4).
