Remove a portion of gear stop material on HVAC housing so that the recirculation door can bottom out in recirculation mode before the gear
contacts the hard stop on the housing (Fig. 1) or (Fig. 2).

Clean the HVAC housing and vehicle interior of any debris or foreign material.
11.
Install the drive gear to recirculation door actuator.
12.
Install the actuator to the HVAC housing bosses. Tighten the screws to 2.2 Nm (20 in. lbs.).
