Data Link Connector: Description and Operation
The Data Link Connector (DLC) is located at the lower edge of the instrument panel near the steering column.
The 16-way DLC links the DRB III scan tool or the Mopar Diagnostic System (MDS) with the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
